Matt Deen handles all of the transactional matters for the Firm, which primarily include business law and estate planning. Matt’s practice involves representing small businesses and startups as outside general counsel from entity formation to exit, and everything in between. His ability to advise businesses on a wide range of issues including contracts, employment law, trademarks and real estate make him a valuable resource and advisor to our clients. In addition to advising small businesses and startups, Matt has a robust estate planning practice advising clients of varying wealth from just a few hundred thousand dollars to $10+ million. The integration of a general business law practice and an estate planning practice is a perfect mix for our entrepreneurial clients.
